Is there a screening process to attract quality guests? Yes, guests are screened before they are able to book.
Is there a security deposit in case something should occur? We not only collect a guest security deposit, but Airbnb also provides excellent liability insurance for each home. Additionally, all vendors who enter your home are licensed and insured.
Are we able to set parameters on who and how long people can stay? Yes, we can decide if you want pets, infants, or children under age 12 in your home. We can also set minimum and maximum lengths of stay. Personally, I do not allow single-night rentals.
How is a home stocked? We stock the property with refillable bottles of shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, laundry and dish detergent, cleaning spray, trash bags, new dish sponges for each reservation, toilet paper, and paper towels. If your home needs new towels, sheets, or other items, we’ll notify you to confirm the purchase.
Who determines the rental rates? As the homeowner, you have full control over the rental rate. We’ll collaborate to establish the best pricing strategy, and rates can be adjusted at any time to reflect seasonal trends, holidays, and weekends.
What do we do about lockboxes? We provide and install a keypad. This allows us to change the code at any time, avoiding issues with jammed lockboxes or lost keys.
How fast can we get a home ready for short-term rental? Once a home is fully furnished and all equipment functional, allow 10 days to get the property online.
What is the cancellation policy? Airbnb offers several levels of cancellation options. We comply with the strictest option, which allows a full refund within 48 hours of cancellation.
